The Repair Process

The primary structure of the repair starts with a proper appraisal of the damage. Upon determining the extent of the damage, we estimate the cost of both labor and parts (if needed) 

The Repair then proceeds with the removal of all the necessary components that are in the repair area or adjacent panels. This ensures proper preparation and protection.

If a certain panel needs not be replaced, it is repaired with proper and safe methods. Whether steel or plastic, these damages are proper fixed and restored to its original shape. From here, most body repairs are primed to ensure even surface preparation prior to paint. 

Upon the completion of all body repairs, the vehicle is taken for prepataoin with the sanding of entire repair panel for proper paint application. After, it is masked and bagged with plastic to prevent overspray on the entire vehicle.

The paint process involves the sometimes delicate procedure of matching the color. This application is through a waterbase base coat that is then coated with solvent clear coat. 

After the final completion of paint, the vehicle is reassembled and polished then prepared for final inspection and delivery. While every repair can be different, it usually involves this basic structure during the repair process.
